Custom Bronze Screens for your portlights
I have had numerous requests from non-Cape Dory boat owners to custom-make bronze screens for their boats.
To create these screens I need the following items from the boat owner.
- One of your current screens if it is not too badly warped, cracked or bent. The better the condition (frame wise), the more accurate the form I can build for your set.
- Some photos of the old screen in place will help me understand how your screen is held in.
- If your current screens are a wreck, I will need a stiff cardboard template of your port opening. Still send me the screen if you can.
I will send you the first screen off my form so you can make sure it fits before I make the rest.
Cost will be $42.00 for each screen with a minimum order of 6 same sized screens plus $12.00 an order for shipping. This should be paid in advance by check or PayPal. I will hold your check until we make sure that first screen fits.
